About Us

Our founder and lead inspector is Scott D. Wells. He has been employed in the construction and inspection industry for 20 years. Mr. Wells transitioned into the real estate based home inspection industry 10 years ago when the recession was affecting new construction. Since then, he has honed his skills in the home inspection industry and truly enjoys the service he provides for his clients. To date Mr. Wells has over 20,000 inspections combined and projects completed. The combination of his extensive knowledge of new construction based building inspections and real estate based inspections enables our company to provide the most professional inspection services in Southern Nevada.

His extensive project experience consists of high rise, low rise, public works, retail, industrial, airports, government infrastructure, commercial and residential construction projects. He has a successful record of supervising/inspecting multiple large and small projects. Backed by strong credentials and a proven history of high quality project completions, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his clients and business associates.
