There was a concern of a prior leak in the roof of our new home, and was advised that if we wanted to pursue a mold test, it would be on our dime. On the day of inspection, it took him exactly an hour as promised. When we had arrived at the end, he was prepared with tons of pictures and explanations of his findings. I asked him if he felt if a mold test would be necessary, and he advised against it. I trust his opinion, as this is another service he offers. Most people would want to up sell you, and he did the complete opposite. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and was able to answer any and all questions we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing this service. Will use again in the future if/when we ever decide to buy again. 10 out of 10!!”
